Hi, I’m Rene Soldwisch, and I’ve been passionate about real estate for over 14 years. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 600 families successfully buy or sell their homes. While most of my experience has been in residential resale, I’ve also worked with acreages and new construction. The knowledge I’ve gained through negotiations, property inspections, lending practices, mortgage finance, and even interior decorating allows me to guide my clients with confidence through every step of the process.
I grew up in Northeast Iowa, where I also raised my four children. Today, they are all grown, and I’m blessed with three amazing granddaughters. Family, honesty, and strong relationships are values that have always been important to me and carry into the way I work with my clients.
Outside of real estate, I love to travel and experience different cultures and historical sites.
What I love most about real estate is helping people. Whether it’s finding the perfect dream home, helping sellers move on to their next chapter, or reaching financial goals through a successful sale, I truly enjoy making the experience fun, smooth, and rewarding for everyone involved.
